About Our Property

The award-winning, 480-acre Saddlebrook Resort has made a name for itself as a premier meeting and vacation destination, as well as one of the nation’s preeminent athletic training facilities. Purposely planned as a car-free Walking Village, the resort setting allows guests to easily walk everywhere, surrounded by lagoons and cypress trees. We are looking for individuals with tremendous personalities, great attention to detail to join our team as a Recreation Attendant. The ideal candidate creates a memorable experience for our guests through their attention to detail and care they take in ensuring the pool experience is next to none. Your Role

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
• Work as a team to enhance the guests experience
• Maintain an active presence around the recreational areas, ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction
• Work closely with housekeeping to ensure towels are clean and readily available
• Check in arriving guests to the area, helping them to identify as hotel/resort guests and to find available recreation options for them
• Clean all areas in the prescribed manner while following department standard operating procedures.
• Set-up and break down the recreational areas to ensure a successful day
• Remove soiled linen and trash from all service areas and take to appropriate locations in the prescribed manner.
• Always respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and other team members.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Someone with a experience in a guest service role
• Someone with an engaging and energetic personality
• Someone with the ability to work on feet for an extended period
• Someone with the ability to communicate effectively
• Someone who can lift, carry and position loads of at least 25lbs.
• Someone with the availability to work varied shifts to include, nights, weekends and holidays
