The Hilton University of Florida Conference Center is seeking a dependable and guest-focused AM Server to join our food and beverage team. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality service during breakfast and lunch service to hotel guests, conference attendees, and restaurant patrons.
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Morning and early afternoon shifts
- Weekdays, weekends, and holidays required based on business needs
- Greet guests promptly and professionally
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of menus and make appropriate recommendations
- Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and properly set
- Process guest checks and payments accurately
- Follow Hilton brand standards, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred; hotel or breakfast service experience a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
