The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of the Craft Kitchen Bar to include all meal periods as well as coordination of the Banquet & Catering operation. As a member of the food and beverage management team, this position is instrumental in creating a healthy working environment and upholding service standards in accordance with Hilton brand standards.

General Responsibilities
- Understand and uphold the policies, procedures, and standards set forth by Hilton
- Ensure guest satisfaction is obtained by giving professional, courteous, and friendly service at all times.
- Ensure constant floor presence at all times by effectively managing supervisor schedules.
- Hire and train line level staff to the standards set by Hilton
- Maintaining everyday administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll, forecasting, product requisitions, inventory procedures, and other tasks set by the director of food and beverage .
- Ensure quality of food, beverage, and service at all times.
- Meet financial goals set forth by the Hotel General Manager according to hotel budget.
- Meet personal and restaurant oriented goals that are together created with the assistance of the director of food and beverage.
- Conduct monthly staff meetings.
- Provide performance feedback to line level staff on a consistent basis.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years in a food and beverage management position.
- Prior experience in a resort setting, preferably a 4 diamond property.
- Extensive knowledge in wines and spirits.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Micros.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and passionate individual.
