- Owning the Omelet Station: Prepping and cooking perfect, made-to-order omelets for our guests.
- Setting the Stage: Preparing standard breakfast favorites (eggs, potatoes, breakfast meats, etc.) while keeping a clean and organized kitchen.
- Morning Magic: Arriving at 5:00 AM ready to go, ensuring everything is fresh and high-quality before the first guest walks in.
- Teamwork: Working closely with the breakfast team to keep the buffet stocked and the service moving smoothly.
