Your Role
- Supervise the daily operation of the beach, tram transportation, and beachfront amenities.
- Lead, coach, motivate, and support Beach Attendants and Tram Drivers while maintaining high service standards.
- Assist with scheduling, daily assignments, and labor management to meet business demands.
- Ensure the proper setup, maintenance, cleanliness, and storage of beach chairs, umbrellas, cabanas, day beds, and recreational equipment.
- Monitor tram operations to ensure safe, timely, and efficient transportation between the resort and Clam Pass.
- Serve as a visible leader by actively assisting team members during busy periods and leading by example.
- Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, resolving concerns promptly, and creating memorable experiences.
- Ensure compliance with all resort policies, OSHA standards, Florida boating and beach safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Conduct daily inspections of equipment, vehicles, facilities, and work areas to maintain safety and presentation standards.
- Assist with inventory management, equipment maintenance, and reporting operational needs.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance and service consistency.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities, operational reports, and incident documentation as required.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Support special events, group activities, VIP arrivals, and resort programming as needed.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability, professionalism, and luxury hospitality.
