What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do
Function as Administrative Assistant to the Director of Human Resources.
Greet applicants, provide them with information regarding the employment process and conduct screening interviews.
General office administration including office supply inventory, employee file maintenance, typing and other clerical support duties as needed.
Complete new hire paperwork with new employees upon hire and provide brief orientation.
Maintain and update I-9 information for all employees. Audit on a quarterly basis and send out appropriate memorandums regarding updates required. Notify the Director of Human Resources of any outstanding I-9’s.
Create lists of employee anniversaries and birthdays for distribution via monthly calendar flyers and coordinate cards.
Remain alert, courteous and helpful to guests and fellow employees at all times.
Assist with Safety Committee and Culture Committee planning and administration.
Practice safety standards and report any unsafe conditions to the Director of Human Resources.
Audit Regular Full – Time employee and Regular Part – Time employee hours according to the Benefits Administration Policy. Provide Director of Human Resources with information regarding employees affected.
Audit Federal and State required postings quarterly and maintain employee bulletin boards.
Maintain central filing for common forms and replenish HR forms inside and outside the office.
Other support tasks as assigned by the Director of HR.
