What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do
ASSISTANT RESTUARANT MANAGER
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. This position’s primary focus will be on assisting with oversight of our restaurant operation with a secondary focus on assisting with the oversight of our banquet operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to maintain excellence in both restaurant and banquets operations.
- Provide leadership, training, scheduling, and performance management for restaurant and banquet staff.
- Actively participate in the Hotel MOD (Manager On Duty) program, addressing guest needs and ensuring smooth hotel-wide operations.
- Maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and safety in all food and beverage areas.
- Assist with planning and executing banquet events as needed.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to support restaurant and banquet operations.
- Address guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance operations and guest satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager.
- A minimum of three years of supervisory or management experience in the restaurant/banquet operations.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and empower staff.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in hospitality management systems and computer software.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
