Pyramid Counseling LLC is seeking a Part-Time Provisionally Licensed Counselor or Temporary Permit Counselor to join our team. This is a W-2 employee position designed for a counselor who is currently working toward full LPC licensure and is looking for a flexible opportunity to gain supervised clinical experience.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, flexible, and genuinely interested in working with a diverse client population.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and/or group counseling services.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Participate in required clinical supervision and maintain appropriate supervision records.
- Work with clients experiencing a variety of mental health and substance-use concerns.
- Facilitate DUI classes/groups.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with West Virginia requirements.
Schedule:

- Must be available to work weekday hours and occasionally weekends
Qualifications:
- Current West Virginia Provisionally Licensed Counselor status or Temporary Permit Counselor status
- Master's degree in Counseling or related qualifying field
- Must be eligible to practice under West Virginia Board of Examiners in Counseling supervision requirements
- Must be willing to participate in required clinical supervision
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Dependable and professional
- Experience with substance-use treatment, mental health counseling, or co-occurring disorders is a plus
