Key Responsibilities;
- Senior Subcontract Specialist – FAR15 / DoD Procurement
- We are seeking a Senior Subcontract Specialist to support end-to-end FAR15 proposal and subcontracting activities within an aerospace and defense environment.
- This role will partner with Pricing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Government Sourcing teams to deliver compliant proposal packages and support supplier pricing analysis.
- Support FAR15/TINA compliant subcontract proposal activities.
- Conduct CBOM analysis, supplier sourcing, RFQs, and procurement support.
- Perform price/cost analysis and demonstrate “fair and reasonable” pricing.
- Manage supplier communication and resolve sourcing challenges.
- Support DCAA/DCMA audits, RFIs, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Pricing, Finance, and Business teams.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 3 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Subcontracting, or Finance.
- Hands-on experience with FAR15, TINA, FAR/DFARS regulations, and DoD procurement.
- Experience with supplier pricing analysis, RFQs, and fair & reasonable methodologies.
- Proficiency with SAP, Excel, and ERP/procurement systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Aerospace or defense industry experience preferred.
