Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift
We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a Float Pool assignment. The selected candidate will provide high-quality patient care across multiple critical care areas and must be comfortable floating to various units as needed.
Position Details:
- Department: ICU
- Duration: 8 weeks
- Shift: 12-Hour Night Shift
- EMR System: Epic
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients across multiple units.
- Float to all critical care floors, Emergency Department (ED), ED Hold, MTC/Step-Down, and PACU hold areas as required.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and respond to emergencies in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience in a similar-sized facility.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification.
