Key Responsibilities: -
- Responsible for several key areas focused on the development and execution of comprehensive sourcing and category strategies and the successful execution of those strategies to drive greater efficiency, value, and quality across the organization.
- In support of this work, this position is also responsible for building sustained value-based relationships with stakeholder and suppliers, providing subject matter expertise, strategic guidance, and leadership in contract negotiations to achieve defined business objectives.
- Develop, instill, and demonstrate sustained performance with performance management/reporting, compliance, issue/escalation management, and continuous improvement routines are critical for success in this role.
- The primary objective of this position is to efficiently save the Bank money while maintaining an acceptable level of risk and sustaining value-based interdepartmental relationships
- Key skills; Bachelor’s Degree and typically 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in comprehensive strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, end-to-end sourcing process
- Cost savings and customer satisfaction targets
- RFx/Contract management
- 10 years of experience in comprehensive strategic sourcing strategy, contract negotiations, end-to-end sourcing process.
- Experience with cost savings and customer satisfaction targets, RFx/Contract management
- Strong leadership, management, planning, organizational, analytical, and continuous improvement skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or advanced degree in related discipline preferred
