Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Deliver safe, evidence-based, relationship-based patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure timely documentation.
- Educate patients and families; involve them in care planning and goal setting.
- Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance activities.
- Serve as mentor/preceptor to nurses, staff, and students.
- Support efficient use of resources and uphold organizational policies and safety standards.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Single State or Compact).
- Knowledge of acute care nursing practice standards.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Minimum 5 years of recent, relevant acute care clinical nursing experience.
- BLS (Basic Life Support).
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) within 180 days of hire (if not current upon hire).
