Pay Range: $64-$74/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Leads project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities for small to medium projects.
• Facilitates needs assessment and the development of recommended project control solutions to be used for planning, scheduling, and tracking projects through integration of various PM tools.
• Determines, monitors, and reviews all project economics to include costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risks.
• Plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on activities related to the project.
• Controls project requirements, scope, and change management issues.
• Establishes appropriate metrics for measuring key project criteria.
• Manages changes in operational plan.
• Develops project control and reporting procedures and manages changes in operational plan.
• Undertakes status review meetings among project team members and clients.
• Typically manages a project with a team size of approximately 7 FTEs.
• Determines client requirements and translates requirements into operational plans.
• Identifies and assembles the appropriate blend of resources to meet project needs and requirements; manages sub-contractors.
• Creates communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged key stakeholders.
• Typically manages a project with a team size of around 15 FTE

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Technical Expertise in IT Infrastructure
• Deep understanding of networking, servers, storage, cloud platforms such as AWS, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into project deliverables and timelines.
• Ability to meet with the technical team and create a detailed project task list. In addition to using this information to create a weekly project status report.
• Strong grasp of risk management and vulnerability remediation of both Critical & High vendor related vulnerabilities.
• Ability to review and manage EOL (End of Life) and LDOS (Last Day of Support) for vendor related inventory.
• Excellent communication skills to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and executives.
• The ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts effectively & timely manner.
• The candidate has to be willing to be coachable and learn the Client IT environment.
• The candidate should have transferrable skills that can be leveraged in their day-to-day role & responsibility.
