Pay Range: $120000 - $125000/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-AS9145 , AS9145 , APQP , LEAN , ISO9000 , AS9100 OR D1-9000 , MANUFACTURING , AEROSPACE , and Worked with metals(Metallic Exp).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 10 years of ME experience in lieu of a degree
- 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering
- 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering Leadership
- Must be fluent (speaking, reading and writing) in the English Language
- Must be a US Citizen due to program security clearance requirements and/or SSA requirements
- Proficient fundamental computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership experience including delegating work, projects, and holding teams accountable
- Ability to influence people, build trust and establish effective working relationships within a global organization
- Working knowledge of LEAN processes and practices
- Ability to lead Continuous Improvement projects across all disciplines throughout the facility
- Working knowledge of quality system models such as ISO9000, AS9100, or D1-9000
- Project / Program Management experience
- Familiarity with AS9145 APQP process or equivalent
- Working knowledge of frozen process planning & approvals (E.G. ESA, SPS/VSE & DVI)
- Adept in the interpretation of aerospace component Drawings, Specifications, and applicable GD&T to determine sequence of manufacturing operations.
- Experience managing New Product / Process introduction (industrialization) & existing production process improvements
- Adept in structured root cause analysis implementing effective countermeasures
- Adept in data collection, analysis and statistical process control (Six Sigma Green or Black Belt)
- Able to travel domestically or internationally as required.
