Pay Range: $50 - $52/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and customize GIS applications using ArcGIS Pro, Portal, Administration, Arcade, Python, ESRI with Kubernetes to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the existing solutions using ESRI with Kubernetes and ArcGIS portal. 
• Utilize ArcGIS Experience Builder to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. 
• Customize ArcGIS Pro to streamline workflows and optimize data management processes. 
• Support of GIS solutions that leverage FME and Oracle Spatial to support data integration and spatial analysis. 
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of GIS applications, ensuring high performance and reliability. 
• Should have good experience in hangdling application support using service now. 
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. 
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. 
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in GIS solutions. 
• Ensure that all GIS applications comply with company policies and industry regulations. 
• Document technical processes and provide training to end-users to maximize the adoption of GIS solutions. 
• Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that align with business goals and enhance GIS capabilities.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Senior Resource with 10 to 14 years of experience in GIS application support .
• The ideal candidate will possess expertise in ArcGIS Pro, Portal, Administration, Arcade, Python, ESRI with Kubernetes, ArcGIS JavaScript, PostgresSQL, Oracle.
• This role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on supporting the existing solutions with innovative GIS solutions that enhance our business operations and impact society positively.
