Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, antineoplastics, hazardous drugs, and targeted therapies in an outpatient infusion center setting.
- Function as a float RN, providing coverage across multiple infusion sites within a 35-mile radius to support clinical needs.
- Perform the full nursing process to provide safe, relationship-based, and culturally aware patient care for individuals with complex oncological needs.
- Serve as a clinical resource and preceptor for other nursing staff, modeling exemplary professional practice.
- Maintain annual chemotherapy competency and engage in ongoing oncology-specific education to uphold the highest standards of care.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Registered Nurse (RN), RN Oncology, Chemotherapy, Infusion Therapy, ONS Chemo/Bio Competency, BLS
- Licensure: Active RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact).
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required. ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Card (or equivalent competency through client ONRS) is highly preferred and required upon hire.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience required. 2 years of outpatient oncology nursing experience is strongly preferred.
- Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift. Local travel between sites is required.
- Skills: Proficiency in safe handling of hazardous drugs (USP ), strong patient education skills, and the ability to function effectively in stressful situations.
