Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients with acute and complex medical conditions.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs, lab results, and patient responses to treatment, escalating concerns as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Assist with bedside procedures and post-procedure care.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, infection control standards, and hospital policies.
- Participate in shift handoffs, care coordination, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Key skills; Registered Nurse, ACUTE CARE
- Must be ASN or Graduate of Accredited Nursing Program (BSN preferred)
- Must have Active RN license (GA or Compact)
- Must have BLS certification
- Must have Minimum 1 years’ direct patient care nursing experience
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time-management skills
