Pay Range: $32 - $58/hour.

• Exemplary Practice: Perform the complete nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver individualized, evidence-based, relationship-based patient-centered care.
• Teamwork & Collaboration: Coordinate and document safe, quality care, promoting a respectful, inclusive clinical environment and supporting interdisciplinary communication and shared governance.
• Professional Development: Complete all competency assessments and mandatory education. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to ensure a qualified future workforce and model professional practice.
• Evidence-Based Practice & Research: Promote and participate in evidence-based practice, research, and performance improvement initiatives, including data collection and upholding all safety and regulatory standards.
• Resource Stewardship: Proactively plan patient care across the continuum and participate in developing protocols to achieve best practice outcomes, supporting efficient use of resources.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Must have skills:Current RN license (Georgia or Compact State)
• BLS and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification (required upon hire)
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is required. Associate's Degree in nursing or graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing is required.
• Licensure/Certification (all required upon hire):• 
• Current RN License in the State of Georgia or Multi-State Compact.o 
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.o 
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.o 
• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience is Required.o

• Skilled in evidence-based practice, clinical reasoning, and family-centered care.
