Pay Range: $33 – $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location). Key Responsibilities
- Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
- Provide rapid assessment and triage for emergency patients
- Deliver safe, effective, evidence-based emergency nursing care
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to clinical changes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary emergency care teams
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment and follow-up care
- Participate in performance improvement and shared governance initiatives
- Support mentorship and a positive clinical work environment
- Uphold confidentiality, safety standards, and professional nursing practice
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must Have Skills: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- ACLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years RN experience required
- Emergency Department or acute care experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to function effectively in high-pressure emergency situations
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
