Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Expertise: Perform all duties reflecting the values of the organization and comply with all system policies and standards of work.
- Culture & Engagement: Build a culture of trust and engagement. Holds leaders accountable for behaviors that foster trust.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with physicians, assuring their involvement in developing systems for growth and cost-effective delivery of quality patient care.
- Professional Compliance: Performs other duties as assigned and complies with all health system policies, standards, and code of conduct.
- Shift: Day Shift
- Schedule: Full-time | 7AM-5:30PM | Monday-Friday | 4/10-hour shifts
- Call Required: Within 30-minute response time. Holiday Call Required (Weekends Included when on Call).
- Key Skills; Current RN license (Georgia or Compact State)
- BLS and ACLS certification (required upon hire)
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Minimum 1 year of ICU/CCU/ER or previous Cath Lab/EP Lab experience preferred
- Education: Graduate of an accredited/approved School of Nursing Required.
- Current RN License in the State of Georgia or Multi-State Compact.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required upon hire.
- 1 year of ICU/CCU/ER or previous Cath Lab/EP Lab experience Preferred.
- Ability to communicate and understand verbal and written English language.
- Display a positive attitude in line with organizational values and standards.
