Pay Range: $27 - $28/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs required bioburden, bacterial endotoxin testing and sterility testing.
- Performs viable and non-viable environmental monitoring.
- Reads and interprets environmental monitoring results.
- Operates non-viable particle counter/facility monitoring systems.
- Performs computer data entry with programs such as Microsoft Excel and MODA.
- Maintains accurate records of environmental data and testing.
- Performs sanitation for testing hoods and enclosures.
- Prepares supplies for sterilization (autoclave) and depyrogenation.
- Assists in the stocking and supplying of the QC Micro lab.
- Workers will be working around radiation they will be trained and provided safety material prior to being put in that environment
- Fast paced environment
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: - Bachelor s degree in sciences (preferred Biological Sciences), would prefer some experience with Microbiology or Biology (this can be from school and not necessarily working experience).
- This would be considered an entry level position with minimal experience required.
- Degree in a science related field or working experience in manufacturing or laboratory setting
- Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in local language
- Ability to lift 25lbs
