QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for the Customer Care Support Tool.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across multiple applications.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira.
• Validate data integrity and system performance under various scenarios.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation strategies

• We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join the team, focusing on the Customer Care/OCC Support Tool. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, reliable features that enhance customer care operations.
• Provides Customer View of OCC: Functionality for CSRs to retrieve account details, including transaction history, confirmation numbers, and weblogs.
• Create and Search Correspondence: Generate new letters or search existing ones.
• Bill Inserts: Create and manage bill inserts for customer communications.
• Interfaces with OCC and C2M APIs for:
• Confirmation number retrieval.
• CSS contact creation in Customer View.
• Letter creation.
• Chatbot support:
• Feature Flag Control: Enable or disable the chatbot feature entirely.
• Banner Messages: Customize banner messages for each operating company on the chatbot screen.
