Pay Range: $30 - $35/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Insights:
- Analyze product usage data, user behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources, including internal databases and external APIs, with a strong emphasis on JSON data structures.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key product metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- API Data Management:
- Utilize and understand RESTful APIs to access and retrieve product-related data.
- Work with JSON payloads, interpreting and validating their structure and content for analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand API capabilities and data availability.
- Product Development Support:
- Partner with Product Managers to define and refine product requirements based on data analysis.
- Contribute to the design and evaluation of A/B tests and other experimentation methodologies.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for feature enhancements, product optimizations, and new product development.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other stakeholders to ensure data-informed decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
- Effectively communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Product Analysis, JSON, Data, API’s
- 2 years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar data-focused role.
- Proven experience working with APIs, particularly RESTful APIs, and a strong understanding of API concepts.
- Proficiency in handling and analyzing JSON data structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
