Marketing Operations and Automation Manager

Pay Range: $100 - $108/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with senior regional stakeholders to manage expectations, define project direction, and handle escalations.
• Bridge the gap between operational workflows and technical engineering teams.
• Orchestrate vendor performance, ensure SLA compliance, and manage capacity and utilization.
• Evangelize new tooling, including migration to the Cloud Connect Marketing platform, and guide teams through process changes.
• Support operational excellence by enabling marketing teams through effective processes, tools, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Approximately 12 years of experience is ideal.
• Experience working within large enterprise organizations.
• Exposure to global or international business environments is preferred.
• Strong background in marketing operations and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Eloqua.
• Experience in process management and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Calm and composed when handling high-pressure escalations.
• Strong triage and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to distinguish between urgent priorities and general operational issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
