Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Build and deploy microservices-based architectures
- Develop and manage cloud-native applications on AWS
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment
- Containerize applications using Docker
- Monitor application performance using New Relic
- Conduct performance testing and load testing to ensure system scalability and reliability
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product teams
- Follow best practices in code quality, security, and system design
- Required skills : Java , Microservices , Spring boot and AWS
- Strong experience in Java (8 or above)
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
- Solid understanding of Microservices architecture
- Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar)
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration
- Experience with New Relic or similar monitoring tools
- Strong knowledge of performance tuning and load testing tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Exposure to financial services domain
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
