Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume call center and customer support positions
- Support ongoing class-based/cohort hiring initiatives with aggressive hiring timelines
- Handle large requisition loads simultaneously while maintaining organization and candidate quality
- Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates through multiple recruiting channels
- Conduct structured phone screens to evaluate communication skills, professionalism, and customer service aptitude
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support continuous hiring demand
- Partner closely with hiring managers and operations leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Coordinate interviews, candidate movement, and offer processes efficiently
- Provide consultative hiring guidance, market insights, and recruiting strategy recommendations
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Drive process improvements and recruiting efficiencies to support scale and speed
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the ATS and related recruiting systems
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume environments
- Experience recruiting for:
- Call center operations
- Contact center/customer service roles
- High-volume or class-based hiring environments
- Proven ability to manage high requisition loads and competing priorities
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure recruiting environments
- Strong consultative mindset with the ability to influence hiring decisions
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders
- Experience using Workday as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Experience with Eightfold AI or similar sourcing platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
- Experience supporting early-career hiring initiatives
- Experience in enterprise or financial services recruiting environments
- Experience with cohort/class hiring models
- Ability to recommend recruiting process improvements and pipeline strategies
