Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume call center and customer support positions
• Support ongoing class-based/cohort hiring initiatives with aggressive hiring timelines
• Handle large requisition loads simultaneously while maintaining organization and candidate quality
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates through multiple recruiting channels
• Conduct structured phone screens to evaluate communication skills, professionalism, and customer service aptitude
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support continuous hiring demand
• Partner closely with hiring managers and operations leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
• Coordinate interviews, candidate movement, and offer processes efficiently
• Provide consultative hiring guidance, market insights, and recruiting strategy recommendations
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Drive process improvements and recruiting efficiencies to support scale and speed
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the ATS and related recruiting systems

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume environments
• Experience recruiting for:
• Call center operations
• Contact center/customer service roles
• High-volume or class-based hiring environments
• Proven ability to manage high requisition loads and competing priorities
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure recruiting environments
• Strong consultative mindset with the ability to influence hiring decisions
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders
• Experience using Workday as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Experience with Eightfold AI or similar sourcing platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
• Experience supporting early-career hiring initiatives
• Experience in enterprise or financial services recruiting environments
• Experience with cohort/class hiring models
• Ability to recommend recruiting process improvements and pipeline strategies
