Pay Range: $75 - $85/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance data architectures.
• Work across multiple database platforms to support diverse data requirements.
• Develop and maintain data models supporting both transactional and analytical systems.
• Enable real-time and batch data processing using modern streaming technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on data-related initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and governance standards are maintained.
• Support ongoing data needs across various internal business functions.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; Strong experience in Data Architecture across:
• Oracle
• PostgreSQL
• Snowflake
• Neo4j
• Apache Iceberg
• Hands-on experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka.
• Proficiency in Python for data movement and transformation logic.
• Solid understanding of AWS cloud fundamentals (existing platform environment).
• Expertise in OLAP and OLTP data modeling techniques.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in driving data initiatives.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and guide decision-making.
• Proven ability to make impactful and strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting AI/ML-driven data initiatives.
• Comfortable working in a shared services environment (non-customer-facing role).
