Data Analyst IV

Pay Range: $83 - $85/hour  15 PTO’s. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate standard product release processes for all product builds.
• Coordinate product assembly and ensure configuration accuracy for each build cycle.
• Manage product lifecycle data and documentation from concept to end-of-life.
• Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and ensure documentation compliance.
• Manage item creation, part numbering, and change control within PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter, Agile PLM, Arena, or Enovia).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, logistics, and operations teams to ensure readiness and timely completion of builds.
• Support product data reviews and assist in configuration audits.
• Drive process improvements for scalability and efficiency in configuration management.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; Experience with Teamcenter, Product Lifecycle Management, Printed Circuit Board
• 5 years of experience in a high-tech, fast-paced environment using PLM systems (Teamcenter, Agile PLM, Arena, or Enovia).
• Solid understanding of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) Bills of Material and documentation standards.
• Hands-on experience with item creation and change management processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with Cadence or NX tools.
• Familiarity with Service BOM management.
• Exposure to wearable or research product development.
• Understanding of basic project management principles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (experience will be prioritized over formal education).
