Pay Range: $24 - $26/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full order lifecycle from order entry through delivery
- Coordinate shipments, transportation requirements, and customer orders
- Ensure accurate pricing, inventory availability, invoicing, and order fulfillment
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, shipment delays, deductions, and discrepancies
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Sales teams to improve service performance
- Analyze service metrics including order fill rates, on-time delivery, invoice accuracy, and case fill
- Maintain customer scorecards and supply chain reporting
- Utilize SAP, Excel, and reporting tools to manage data and operational insights
- Support process improvements and customer service excellence initiatives
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree OR 4 years of related experience
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Order Management, Transportation, or Logistics
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including data manipulation and reporting
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Consumer Products / CPG industry experience
- EDI order processing
- Transportation or logistics coordination
- Supply chain analytics and reporting
- Customer deduction resolution
