Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Call Centre, Customer Service .
• Strong Time Management/Multi-tasking/Organizational Abilities .
• Customer Service experience .
• Previous experience/knowledge related to Financial Investment .
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams/Edge (2-3 years minimum – entry level experience) .
• Adobe PDF (entry-intermediate level experience .
