Pay Range: $22 - $23/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Shifts: 37.5 hours per week/Shifts between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
- Respond to routine member and provider inquiries, requests, and concerns through multiple communication channels
- Identify and resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible to prevent escalation
- Provide accurate information regarding benefits, claims, authorizations, and services
- Utilize multiple systems simultaneously to research and document all interactions in the CRM system
- Maintain quality, productivity, and compliance standards as outlined by the organization
- Collaborate with other departments when necessary to ensure complete issue resolution
- Stay informed of current policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to maintain consistency and compliance
- Participate in team meetings, feedback sessions, and ongoing training to improve service delivery
- Perform additional administrative or operational duties as assigned
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Strong computer literacy and data entry accuracy required
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple programs simultaneously
