Salary Range: $64,000 - $90,000 per annum (dependent upon experience).

Key Responsibilities:

•  Perform high-quality CT procedures according to exam protocol, operating CT equipment to produce detailed cross-sectional images of the body for diagnostic purposes.
• Ensure timely completion of all procedures.
• High-Quality CT Scans:• 
• Prepare patients for CT procedures by explaining the process, answering questions, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Monitor patients during imaging to ensure their well-being and put them at ease.
• Patient Care & Comfort:• 
• Work closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate imaging and ensure timely diagnoses.
• Report test completion to Radiologists.Clinical Collaboration:• 
• Operate CT scanning equipment, ensure machines are operating at peak performance, and conduct routine checks.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and hospital guidelines to minimize exposure for both patients and staff.
• Report any issues to the appropriate team.
• Equipment & Safety:• 
• Maintain production and quality of imaging procedures by following established standards and procedures. Schedule procedures as needed.
• Quality Assurance:• 
• Provide clear communication to patients and their families, answering questions and providing post-procedure instructions as necessary.
• Communication:• 
• Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
• Shift: Variable Shifts (options may include 4/10-hour or 5/8-hour schedules)
• Schedule: Full-time
• Call may be required as part of rotation

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

•  Key  skills:Graduate from an approved School of Radiologic Technology
• Current ARRT-R (Radiography) certification
• Current ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography) certification
• Current Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) license in Texas
• Current BLS certification
• Current, valid Texas Driver's License
• Graduate from an approved School of Radiologic Technology. 
•  Clinical radiology experience is preferred but not required. New graduates are invited to apply. 
• Certification/Licensure:• 
• Current ARRT-R (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Radiography) certification required
• Current ARRT-CT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Computed Tomography) certification required
• Current Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) license through the Texas Medical Board required
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Current, valid Texas Driver's License required
• Skills: Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-first approach.
