Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-Azure, Python, Azure services
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5 years applied experience. In addition, 2 years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise
- Experience leading teams of technologists while working at code-level in Python, Azure SOK, and proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Ability to guide and coach teams on approach to achieve goals aligned against a set of strategic initiatives
- Experience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talent
- Experience with Azure services (Storage, Compute, Integration, 1AM, Network)
- Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (laC) and practical Azure cloud-native experience
- Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods, including Cl/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and Spinnaker
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Experience with Azure policy writing, testing, knowledge of security best practicesin cloud environments, and a strong understanding of Azure policies and governance
- Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
