Pay Range: $18 - $22/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement end-to-end data validation strategies for SQL Server to Snowflake migrationDesign test cases, validation scripts, and automation frameworks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with data engineers, migration teams, and business stakeholders to define validation criteria and acceptance thresholds.
• Conduct source-to-target data comparisons using SQL and Snowflake queriesIdentify, document, and escalate data anomalies, gaps, and transformation issues.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of validation processes, test results, and issue resolutions.
• Support post-migration audits and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives
