Pay Range: $55 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Note; 100% Remote on all these locations - California, Colorado , Maryland, Washington DC , Virginia , Georgia, Oregon , Hawaii
- Develop content and digital asset management architectures for omnichannel delivery and reusability.
- Lead content strategy transition from the current client portal to AEM.
- Define and implement personalization strategies based on user attributes.
- Optimize UX, content modeling, metadata, and workflows.
- Guide clients on best practices, content architecture, and omnichannel experiences.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills-AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), Content fragment model, Experience fragments and Omnichannel Content Strategy.
- AEM (6.x, Cloud Service) – Sites & Assets expertise
- CMS & Content Fragments – Content modeling, workflows, metadata
- User Experience (UX) & Personalization – AI-driven content strategies
- Strong Communication & Leadership – Client consulting, mentorship
- Integration Knowledge – Oracle HCM, Salesforce Cloud, Adobe Analytics
- Cloud Platforms – AWS, Azure for AEM implementation
- AI Authoring Tools – Experience with Gradial (a plus)
- Data & Analytics – User behavior tracking, segmentation
