Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and review export shipment documentation for outbound After Sales shipments
- Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and couriers, ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs regulations
- Process specialized documentation (CITES, Fish & Wildlife) and liaise with international teams for regulatory submissions
- Track and trace all shipments, provide timely status updates, and resolve issues impacting delivery
- Maintain accurate records and file entry documentation in accordance with compliance requirements
- Log shipment details in Excel and shared drives for cross-functional access and audits
- Collaborate with Customer Service to support After Sales processes and meet timelines
- Generate concise tracking reports and participate in compliance training as directed
- Support additional operational tasks and assist other divisions as needed
- 2 years freight forwarding, transport and/or logistics experience
- Certifications in Supply Chain, Dangerous goods preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliations)
- Knowledge in air and ocean operations and documentation including ISF, TSCA, Lacey Act
- Knowledge of incoterm
- Able to calculate dimensional weight
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage high-volume data
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Flexibility to work overtime or extended hours during peak periods
- Ability to stand for duration of shfit and lift up to 50lbs
