Overview:
The Site Supervisor is the primary onsite manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating all construction aspects of a project from
permits through to completion. This role requires having the confidence and ability to oversee multiple teams, including Pyramid
employees, Subcontractors, & County representatives daily. The Site Supervisor will partner with an office-based Project Manager in order
to ensure the work is performed accurately and cost-effectively, with the highest level of quality. Meeting and exceeding company goals
for client service, and efficiency & productivity is something you strive for every day. Schedule flexibility, including some evenings and
weekends, may be required to accommodate meeting with homeowners or to meet deadlines. The Site Supervisor is also responsible for
the client experience, positive promotion of the Company's image and maintaining the highest level of ethics and standards.
Responsibilities:
- On-site supervision of all aspects of construction on large, custom residential projects.
- Manage project from start to finish ensuring project quality while acting as first line of responsibility for client satisfaction.
- Partner with office-based project manager in meeting cost budgets and coordinating of material ordering & deliveries.
- Supervise Pyramid employees and subcontractors on a daily basis, promoting jobsite safety, cleanliness, and security during construc-
tion.
- Maintain daily & weekly calendars to ensure all aspects of project are on schedule, including completion of various progress checklists
and final punch list.
- Oversight of county & local inspections
- Occasionally perform lead carpenter tasks such as layout and construction.
- Timely and confident dispute or problem resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years custom residential construction or related experience required
- Possess a valid driver’s license and continuous access to a reliable vehicle
- Must have your own tools
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC trades
- Must be a strong communicator, professional, detailed, and self-motivated
- Ability to lift and move heavy items
- Excellent interpersonal skills, basic computer skills
- Professional personal appearance
