We're seeking someone who can take ownership of the office, stay ahead of tasks, and help keep our business running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records with exceptional attention to detail
- Perform bookkeeping and accounting duties (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
- Assist with HR functions, including onboarding, training documentation, and payroll support
- Manage company social media accounts and assist with basic marketing tasks
- Prepare, edit, and organize documents and spreadsheets using Excel and Word
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members professionally
- Handle scheduling, filing, and general office organization
- Work independently and proactively solve problems as they arise
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Experience in bookkeeping/accounting required or strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of HR practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Experience managing social media for a business is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior office management experience preferred
