We are seeking a highly organized and accountable operational leader to help turn this vision into consistent execution.

Position Summary

The Senior Director of Football Operations & Business Integrator will serve as Pylon Football’s primary operational leader and EOS Integrator, reporting directly to the CEO & Commissioner.

This individual will translate company strategy into executable operating plans, coordinate departments and regional leaders, establish accountability, oversee event operations, and help ensure that Pylon consistently delivers profitable, high-quality football experiences.

This is not simply a tournament-director position. It is a companywide leadership role connecting strategy, personnel, financial accountability, systems, and execution.

The ideal candidate is a disciplined operator who can create structure within a fast-moving entrepreneurial organization. This person must be comfortable managing people, budgets, timelines, vendors, systems, and competing priorities while maintaining strong relationships throughout the football community.

Primary Responsibilities

Football and Event Operations

Oversee operational planning and execution across Pylon’s national event portfolio.

Coordinate Legacy tournaments, Quick Strike events, girls flag football, middle-school programming, showcases, leagues, and future football properties.

Develop and maintain event timelines, operating standards, staffing plans, checklists, and quality-control procedures.

Coordinate venues, schedules, officials, equipment, staffing, registration, team communications, ticketing, awards, security, medical coverage, and event-day execution.

Ensure each event is properly staffed, prepared, and delivered according to Pylon standards.

Conduct post-event reviews and ensure lessons learned and corrective actions are implemented.

Financial and Performance Management

Work with the CEO and financial leadership to develop annual and event-level budgets.

Track event profitability, operating expenses, registration performance, staffing costs, and cash requirements.

Hold event and regional leaders accountable for approved budgets and performance targets.
