Own and grow our Shopify DTC business. This role is fully accountable for revenue, profit, and execution across all DTC marketing channels.
This is a hands-on role, not corporate. You will move fast, test constantly, and own results.
Responsibilities
Run all DTC marketing channels: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, email, SEO, and on-site conversion
Drive revenue and profit while maintaining efficiency targets
Own the full funnel from ad to checkout and continuously improve conversion
Launch, test, scale, or kill campaigns quickly based on performance
Manage agencies and VAs and hold them accountable
Build simple reporting focused on sales and profit
Own the DTC tech stack and improve systems as needed
Lead ad creative and copy direction with a performance mindset
Act as the single point of ownership for DTC performance
Requirements
Proven experience owning DTC growth (Shopify)
Strong hands-on experience with paid ads and funnels
Comfortable being accountable to numbers and P/L
Fast learner, highly organized, and execution-focused
Clear communicator who works well with other teams
Not corporate. Moves fast. Gets things done.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
