Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to work with adults experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. The ideal candidate is recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and experienced in providing evidence-based counseling within an integrated treatment setting.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy to clients with co-occurring disorders
- Collaborate with medical, and case management staff
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in treatment team meetings and clinical supervision
- Support clients in developing coping skills, stability, and recovery goals
Qualifications:
- Master of Social Work (MSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) (active and in good standing) or other social work certification
- Experience working with individuals with mental health and substance use disorders
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in outpatient or community mental health settings
- Knowledge of co-occurring disorders and integrated treatment models
- Familiarity with CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care
- Experience with diverse and underserved populations
