This position is responsible for general warehouse operations such as organizing/cleaning the workspace, refilling stock, general safety and learning the technical items of the trade.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Comfortable with inventory paperwork and basic computer use
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy items, Reliable and punctual, Perform all shipping.
- General warehouse operations.
- Receiving freight, operating a forklift, and stocking the warehouse
- Perform all inventory counts and maintain inventory stock levels.
- Check in orders and stock all inventory items.
- Maintain adequate shipping supplies.
- Keep shop organized and clean.
- Maintain a good positive relationship with the customer and pass on information to the appropriate personnel for follow up, quotes, questions, or concerns.
- Maintain equipment and tools necessary to safely perform job.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
- Must have a minimum of one year experience in warehouse experience. (Required)
- Experience with inventory software
- Forklift certification (a plus)
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Handle all warehouse parts and materials
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments
- Unbox and organize products accurately
- Pick, pack, and ship outgoing orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records and paperwork
- Perform regular cycle counts and quarterly inventory countsRequires the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Requires the ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
- Requires the ability to use or repair small/light equipment, such as power tools, ladders, medium equipment and machinery.
- Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent lifting and carrying of toolboxes, equipment, parts, tools, equipment, cabling, and/or wiring.
- Frequent ladder climbing and checking, pulling wire, etc.
- Walking, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, and raising hands overhead.
