This position is responsible for supporting the sales team as well as handling all aspects of the permitting process.

This position is responsible for supporting the sales team as well as handling all aspects of the permitting process.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive to various locations to pick up plans.
- Assist Sales team with design, parts, etc.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of departmental files.
- Work with design team to get plans drawn and submitted in a timely manner.
- Submit permits to multiple jurisdictions
- Update permit sheet and monitor the status of the permits.
- Additional tasks could include part ordering and other duties assigned by management.
- A high school education or equivalent required.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
- Must have clean driving record.
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to wear PPE such as ear plugs, safety glasses, gloves, steel toe shoes, and/or fall protection.
- Ability to stand and walk on uneven surfaces in construction and/or heavy industrial sites, climb ladders and stairs.
- Basic understanding of office equipment.
- Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.
- Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands or arms.
