I m recruiting for two Capability Lead roles and would like to explore C2H. For ServiceNow, the Capability Lead is the domain authority accountable for capability maturity, backlog health, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and governance discipline. They stay out of configuration and development, but they do own the capability outcomes and ensure requests are routed through the right governance path.

  1. ServiceNow Capability Lead - SecOps/IRM/GRC
  2. ServiceNow Capability Lead - ITOM
