What are the responsibilities and job description for the ORACLE APPS DATABASE ADMINISTRATORS position at PY DATA INC?
Administer and troubleshoot Oracle databases 19c,12c, 11g and 10g & 9i for mission critical OLTP and OLAP Systems with Flexcube Core banking application. Perform cloning from production to nonproduction and database using RMAN clone. Configure and build Golden Gate Extracts/replicate for multiple databases. Coordinate and execute ADOP processes to ensure timely application of patches with minimal system downtime. Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of key functionalities, including RUP, ADOP, cloning, and system integrity checks. Perform database cloning and manage multiple version upgrades across different environments, ensuring thorough testing and validation. Master’s degree in Science, Technology or Engineering (any); Computer Applications is required. Work location: Piscataway, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
