Position Highlights:
- Full-time outpatient Family Practice – high-volume clinic; no call, no weekends
- 4x10 schedule
- Strong clinical support: RN 3 MAs
- Diverse patient population with broad acuity and age range
- Physicians and other clinicians on site
Qualifications:
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Open to new grads who are enthusiastic about fast-paced clinic work
- Must be motivated, adaptable, and ready to make a real impact in a rural setting
Compensation & Perks:
- Total comp: $195k achievable
- Quality and volume-based incentives
- $125,000 Loan Repayment Total
- CME allowance, license reimbursement, and retirement match
- Generous PTO and CME time
