Overview
We are hiring energetic, on-camera salespeople to host live selling shows on TikTok, WhatNot, and other platforms for a large fragrance ecommerce business.
This is a high-energy, performance-based role with strong earning potential for individuals who can engage an audience and drive real-time sales.
Compensation
- $18–$22/hour base
- 4%–6% commission on live show net sales
- Performance bonuses
Top performers can earn significantly more based on net sales volume
Location
Edison, NJ – On-Site
(All shows are conducted from our warehouse studio with full inventory access)
What You'll Do
- Host live selling shows (up to 4 hours per session)
- Present fragrances and beauty products on camera
- Engage with viewers and answer questions in real time
- Create urgency and excitement to drive purchases
- Highlight product value, authenticity, and pricing
- Drive conversions and maximize sales during each show
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Comfortable speaking live on camera
- Strong communication and sales ability
- Outgoing, high-energy personality
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to engage viewers and close sales
Preferred:
- Experience with TikTok Live, WhatNot, or livestream selling
- Sales or commission-based experience
- Background in fragrance, beauty, or retail
- Experience hosting or presenting

Pay: $37,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
