Role Description The Training Services Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbus, OH, responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering training programs related to PWNSENTINEL’s security services and zero-trust solutions. This role coordinates training schedules, manages participant registrations, and ensures materials and resources are prepared and aligned with current tools and processes. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with technical and operations teams to translate complex security concepts into clear, accessible training content, maintaining training documentation, and tracking attendance and completion metrics. The coordinator will respond to training-related inquiries, support continuous improvement by gathering feedback from participants, and assist with internal knowledge-sharing initiatives. This position also involves maintaining training calendars, updating learning platforms or repositories, and supporting compliance-related training requirements.
Qualifications
- Training coordination and administration skills, including scheduling, logistics management, sponsor communication and event hosting.
- Content development and presentation skills, such as creating training materials, slide decks, and job aids, and delivering clear, engaging sessions.
- Communication under pressure and collaboration skills, including strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail, time management, and the ability to track metrics, analyze feedback, and support process improvement.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, cloud-based productivity platforms, learning management systems).
- Experience in training or coordinating educational programs in a technical or security-focused environment is beneficial.
