Part-Time HR Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time HR Manager to oversee and manage all HR operations, employee coordination, and recruitment efforts. This is a senior-level role for someone who can take ownership of the HR function, ensuring compliance, smooth onboarding, efficient payroll, and proactive support for a growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee onboarding of new hires, including orientation and system setup.
- Post job listings and research potential candidates for new positions.
- Lead HR communications and support employee relations.
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems.
- Manage payroll and benefits in collaboration with leadership using ADP Workforce Now.
- Advise management on HR strategy, policies, and best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related questions and needs.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in HR management or senior HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. HR regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now (required).
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage the HR department with limited supervision.
- Based in the U.S. with the flexibility to work remotely; ability to visit the office when needed is preferred.
Compensation
- $35–$50 per hour depending on experience.
- Flexible remote-first schedule (avg 5-6 hours per week).
