The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. - Bachelor's Degree
- 6 years of progressive roles managing IT quality assurance and control within software/systems development processes
- Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college-level training
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems preferred
- Foundations Certification preferred
- Demonstrating in-depth leadership in test methodologies
- Understanding Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Managing vendor relationships effectively
- Utilizing data mining and predictive modeling techniques
- Driving continuous service improvements for customer experience
